This Privacy Policy explains how Test Squad (“we”, “us”, “our”) collects, uses, and protects personal information when you visit https://valtive.io/ or contact us.
We are based in Ukraine and provide services globally, including to users in the EU and US. We process personal data in accordance with GDPR where applicable.
Contact Form collects: Name, Email, Message text.
Get Quote Form collects: Name, Email, Project Name, Type of product, Platforms to test, Stage of development, Current testing status, Required QA services, Preferred automation tools, Test environments provided, Existing tools/processes, Project kickoff date and duration, Required availability, Budget range, Project description, How you heard about us, File attachments (if provided).
Calendly booking widget: If you book a call, Calendly may collect your name, email, and scheduling data.
Automatically collected analytics: We use Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager to collect anonymized usage data such as pages visited, time on site, device/browser type, and general location (city/country). This data does not identify you directly.
We use the information for responding to inquiries and quote requests, providing services and communicating about your project, scheduling calls (via Calendly), and improving our website and services (via analytics). We do not sell or rent personal data.
Because there is no consent checkbox, we process personal data on the basis of Legitimate Interest — our interest in responding to business inquiries, providing services, and improving our operations. For analytics, processing is based on Legitimate Interest and limited to non-identifiable aggregated data.
Data submitted through forms is delivered to our business email (webmail.online). Relevant information may later be stored in Pipedrive CRM for project tracking. We may also store communications in standard business tools (e.g. email, office software).
We may share limited data with service providers (Calendly, Google Analytics, email provider, Pipedrive) and with legal authorities if required by law. We do not share data with third parties for advertising at this time.
As we operate globally, data may be stored or processed outside the EU. When EU data is transferred outside the EEA, we rely on GDPR-permitted safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses.
We keep inquiry and project-related data only as long as reasonably necessary for responding to your request, potential future cooperation, or contractual/legal obligations. Analytics data may be retained in aggregated form.
